Esther lives in Carlsbad, California, where she works in the flame to create wonderful small works of jewelry art in bead form. Each bead is carefully and slowly crafted by hand in the flame to create a bead that will become the component of a one of a kind piece of jewelry.

Each piece of jewelry starts with a color theme that has inspired Esther, in some facet of her day to day life. Many of the beads are concept based to achieve the perfect vision. The tremendous bead varieties include pieces that are earthy and natural, while others are bright and whimsical. Some are translucent, while others are opaque. Strung on the finest materials, all metal work components are sterling silver, or gold vermeil. Esther also designs commissioned pieces of her jewelry art.

Esther began her glass career as a neon artist in Los Angeles in 1986. After many years in the fire and with passion for all forms of glass, Esther discovered glass bead making in the flame in 1995 in Portland, Oregon. Since then, she has never stopped exploring the endless possibilities of glass jewelry. Jewelry is a beautiful art form that can be shared by the mere fact that it can be worn.
